Derek Dietrich was hoping for a chance at history but settled for a win in a torrid month for the Miami outfielder.

He homered for the third straight game Womens Terrell Suggs Jersey , leading Miami over the Colorado Rockies 8-5 on Sunday.

Dietrich doubled, homered and singled in his first three at-bats but managed just a single in his last two trips to the plate before leaving in the seventh inning. He tied a career high with four hits. He would have been the first Marlins player ever to hit for the cycle.

”(John) Silverman, our longtime clubhouse manager, said, `No one’s ever hit for the cycle so if you would have hit it they would have brought you back for the all-anniversary,”’ Dietrich said. ”That would have been cool. There’s always tomorrow.”

Drew Rucinski got the win in relief of starter Caleb Smith, who exited in the second inning with left shoulder tightness.

Smith said he felt tightness on his second pitch to Tom Murphy to start the inning. He struck out Murphy on four pitches but after one pitch to Gerardo Parra, manager Don Mattingly and trainers immediately went to the mound. After a brief conversation, Smith left and Rucinski came on.

Mattingly said after the game Smith will go on the disabled list and will have an MRI done Monday.

”It’s super disappointing,” Smith said. ”The DL is the last place I want to be. I want to go out there every fifth day and help my team out.”

Rucinski (2-1) allowed three runs in 2 2-3 innings but got the win, and Kyle Barraclough earned his seventh save.

The start of the game was delayed 1 hour, 31 minutes by a strong storm that dropped heavy rain and hail on Coors Field.

German Marquez (5-8) didn’t last long Youth Luke Kuechly Jersey , either. He was tagged for six runs – five earned – in 3 1-3 innings. Miami’s first five batters reached against him during a three-run first inning.

Nolan Arenado hit a two-run homer in the bottom half, his 18th, to make it 3-2. Arenado finished the 4-3 homestand with five home runs in the final six games. Colorado is 15-22 at Coors Field.

”Winning a homestand or not, we’ve got win series,” Arenado said. ”Homestand doesn’t mean nothing until we win the series. It has been frustrating lately.”

Parra also homered for Colorado.

Dietrich, who hit .438 on the nine-game road trip and is hitting .410 in June, led off the second with a home run, his 11th. He added an RBI single in a two-run seventh to give the Marlins a three-run cushion but was replaced in the outfield for the bottom of the inning.

”Trying to win a game. At the end of the day our best defense is on the field,” Mattingly said. ”You hate taking guys out. If it’s a one-run game probably couldn’t do it but I didn’t have any sense of Marlin history.”

Dietrich, who also had four hits at St. Louis on June 6, has one triple this season.

”This park has the most cycles in baseball,” Dietrich said. ”I don’t think you can force a triple so I was just trying to have a couple of more good at-bats.”

TRAINER’S ROOM

Marlins: SS Miguel Rojas was out of the lineup for a second straight day with soreness from a bruise on his left hand. Rojas was hit by a pitch Friday night. Mattingly said Rojas was available to pinch hit.

Rockies: RHP Scott Oberg (back strain) and LHP Mike Dunn (shoulder strain) came out of Saturday’s rehab assignments in good shape Tim Schaller Jersey , manager Bud Black said. ”We’re going to see how they are today. They’ll play catch and see how they feel, start moving around and then these next decisions will follow,” he said.

ROSTER MOVE

The Rockies placed shaky reliever Bryan Shaw on the 10-day disabled list with a right calf strain and recalled Yency Almonte from Triple-A Albuquerque. Shaw gave up a grand slam to J.T. Realmuto on Saturday and has struggled in his setup role with Colorado. He is 3-5 with a 7.57 ERA in 41 games after signing a three-year, $27 million in the offseason.

UP NEXT

Marlins: RHP Dan Straily (2-3, 4.89) will start Monday against Arizona while the appeal of his suspension is still pending. Straily was given a five-game suspension by Major League Baseball for intentionally throwing at San Francisco catcher Buster Posey on Tuesday night

Rockies: RHP Chad (5-1, 5.23) opens a three-game series in San Francisco on Tuesday night. He has a 6.00 ERA in two starts against the Giants this season.

Yankees second baseman Gleyber Torres was placed on the 10-day disabled list on Wednesday because of a strained right hip.

Torres was removed after striking out in his second at-bat in the fourth inning before the Yankees went on to beat the Atlanta Braves 6-2.

Before the series finale against the National League East leaders, Yankees manager Aaron Boone was upbeat about the status of his prized rookie.

Torres did not start in Tuesday night’s win, but entered the game late as a defensive replacement.

”We’re hoping it’s a short stint. But we think we’ve got to deal with it this time because there is a small strain there,” Boone said outside the home clubhouse after the game.

”Hopefully it won’t be something that it’s too long. Probably take us up to the All-Star break.”

Boone said the club would assess the situation with a day off Thursday before heading to Toronto for the start of an 11-game, three-city road trip leading into the All-Star Game in Washington.

Torres is hitting .294 with 15 home runs and 42 RBIs in his first 63 major league games.

He had an MRI and was not available to talk to reporters after the game.

Neil Walker, who went over from third base to second at the start of the fifth inning, could get most of the work in Torres’ absence.

Another option could be Ronald Torreyes http://www.jaguarscheapshop.com/cheap-au...tte-jersey , but he’s been on the temporary inactive list at Triple-A Scranton/Wilkes-Barre for more than a week to deal with a personal issue. Brandon Drury, who started 114 games at second for Arizona last season, could also figure into the mix.

Boone wasn’t sure how the injury initially occurred, pointing out that Torres had made some ”good base running plays a couple of nights ago when he moved up on some wild pitches.”

The Yankees manager also added that if the injury had occurred late in the season, it would’ve been ”possible” for the phenom to be back on the field shortly.

But the team with the second-best record in baseball took the safe route.

”Anytime you’re talking about groin, hamstring, quads, once you have a strain in there, you push through it you can make it a worse strain,” Boone said.

”And now you’re talking weeks and months. Stuff like that. So I think the wise thing is to do this now. Gleyber wants to take a couple of days, work through it. But I think he also understands this is the best thing for him and for us.”

Commissioner Rob Manfred says Major League Baseball is trying to remove from the internet the leaked video of former Mets manager Terry Collins ranting at umpires.

The profanity-laced video surfaced this week from a Dodgers-Mets game in May 2016 that Fox televised. Collins fumes after ace Noah Syndergaard is ejected in the third inning for throwing a fastball behind Chase Utley. In the 2015 playoffs Jalen Ramsey Jersey Black , Utley broke the leg of Mets infielder Ruben Tejada with a late, hard slide.

Umpire crew chief Tom Hallion is heard explaining the ejection to Syndergaard, Neil Walker and other Mets, then he breaks away to head off Collins. For many fans, the loud exchange between Collins and Hallion illuminated what actually gets said during heated disputes.

”We made a commitment to the umpires that if they would wear microphones, certain types of interactions that we all know go on the field would not be aired publicly,” Manfred said Thursday after the owners meetings ended.

”We promised them that. It’s in the collective bargaining agreement. We had no choice in a situation like that then to do everything possible to live up to our agreement. It is Labor Relations 101. To not do that is the kind of breach of trust that puts you in a bad spot over the long haul,” he said.

Manfred said there was conversation this week about how defensive shifts have affected the game. Batting averages are dropping, among other developments, and Manfred said MLB’s Competition Committee wanted to see ”whether it’s time for us to manage these trends a little more aggressively.”

A change that could occur as soon as next season: teams playing a two-game series on the weekend.

Normally http://www.jaguarscheapshop.com/cheap-au...sey-jersey , clubs meet for three games over the weekend. But in the case where marquee teams play just twice – say, Nationals-Yankees – those might be held on Saturday and Sunday.

Manfred said baseball was pleased with the pace of play. Games this year were averaging 2 hours, 59 minutes, 49 seconds through Wednesday; last year, they averaged 3:05:11.

Mound visits by catchers, coaches, managers and other teammates for nonpitching changes are down, too, from 7.41 last year to an average of 3.92 this season.

Manfred said the owners had a long discussion about the ”sports betting landscape” after Delaware and New Jersey began legal betting on games.

As for the never-ending debate on the designated hitter and whether the National League would ever switch to the DH, Manfred said: ”I think that is a continuing source of conversation among the ownership group and I think that the dialogue actually probably moved a little bit.”

It was ”Turn Ahead the Clock” night at Safeco Field Blake Bortles Jersey Black , including back-to-the future sleeveless uniforms with shirt tails out and some shiny silver shoes and helmets.

The Seattle Mariners feel like their future is now, earning a season-best sixth consecutive victory by beating the Kansas City Royals 6-4 on Saturday night.

Ryon Healy had four hits, including a home run and three RBIs. Felix Hernandez (8-6) earned the win despite back stiffness so severe that it was difficult for him to bend over.

”It was real bad,” Hernandez said. ”I put a heat pad on it between innings and I couldn’t sit (in the dugout). I was standing up the whole game.”

The stiffness showed in the first inning when Hernandez gave up four consecutive hits, including a three-run homer to Mike Moustakas. But Hernandez managed to pitch four scoreless innings afterward.

Did he consider skipping his start?

”Come on, man,” he said. ”I had to go out there. But the ump wouldn’t let me wear my hat backwards (on the uniform night). ”He said it was too much of a distraction with my jersey out and the earrings. I said. `Look, this is the future.’ `’

Edwin Diaz pitched a perfect ninth inning for his 31st save of the season.

Jason Hammels (2-10) lost his fifth straight, allowing all six runs on 13 hits in six innings.

”Mechanically, the first few innings I was a mess http://www.jaguarscheapshop.com/cheap-au...les-jersey ,” Hammels said. ”That’s a tough lineup. I felt like I was throwing batting practice today.”

So did Hernandez in the first inning, but Seattle manager Scott Servais said they were just hoping to get five innings out of him.

”The ball was up in the first because he wasn’t extending due to the tightness in his back,” Servais said. ”He wasn’t finishing his pitches, but he got through it. The key was keeping us in the game, which he did, and we took advantage of it.”

The Mariners (53-31) are 22 games over .500 for the first time since the end of the 2003 season. They have gone 16 consecutive seasons without a playoff appearance, the longest dry spell in professional sports.

”We’re just living the dream now,” Hernandez said. ”I love these guys. It’s the best team we’ve had in my 14 years. It’s fun.”

Kansas City manager Ned Yost said he knew Hernandez would get better as the game progressed.

”Good pitchers, if you’re going to get them, you better get them early because they’re going to settle in Leonard Fournette Jersey Black ,” Yost said. ”Hernandez settled in in the second.”

The Mariners quickly got back in it. Mitch Haniger made it 3-1 in the bottom of the first when he doubled to the gap in left-center to score Jean Segura, who singled.

The Mariners took the lead with three runs in the bottom of the second. Healy homered to left-center to tie it at 3 and Mike Zunino hit a sacrifice fly.

The Mariners added two more runs on five hits in the third inning to take a 6-3 lead.

It was another impressive win for the Mariners on a night of uniforms that were supposed to represent the year 2027. Dee Gordon wore his hat backward and Nelson Cruz showed off his giant biceps in the sleeveless attire.

”Dee put so much effort into it, so it was his night,”’ Healy said. ”But Nelson and those arms. My goodness. That’s shear intimidation when he doesn’t wear sleeves.”

TRAINER’S ROOM

Royals: Yost said RHP Ian Kennedy was feeling better Saturday after experiencing tightness on his left side when he left the game Friday after five innings. Yost didn’t day whether Kennedy would make his next scheduled start . INF Chester Cuthbert (lower back strain) went 0 for 2 with a walk and a run scored in his first rehab assignment game at Triple-A Omaha on Friday night. Cuthbert appeared in 30 games and was hitting .194 before the injury on May 16.

UP NEXT

Royals: RHP Brad Keller (2-2, 2.25) will make his sixth start of the year Sunday. Keller is coming off the best start of his rookie season when he pitched seven scoreless innings and allowed only two hits in a 2-0 victory over the Angels Monday.

Mariners: LHP James Paxton (7-2, 3.65) will make his 18th start of the season Sunday. Paxton leads the team in strikeouts this season with 134 in 103 2/3 innings. He has six double-digit strikeout games in 2018 and his 11.6 strikeouts per nine innings are fourth-best in the AL.

Steve Wilks took over as head coach of the Arizona Cardinals saying he was humbled by the job but exhibiting an abundance of confidence that he can do it well.

The 48-year-old coach Patrice Bergeron Jersey , promoted after just one season as defensive coordinator of the Carolina Panthers, was introduced at a news conference Tuesday, bringing a reputation of connecting easily with his players as he replaces Bruce Arians, who retired after five colorful seasons and 50 victories in Arizona.

”We found a great leader,” Cardinals President Michael Bidwill said, ”and not just a leader with a high football IQ but also a high football `EQ’ (emotional quotient). He doesn’t just coach football players, he coaches people.”

Wilks, who gets a four-year contract with a team option for a fifth, described his coaching style as ”very passionate, persistent and very positive.”

And confident.

”I’m going to tell you right now,” Wilks said, looking at Bidwill and general manager Steve Keim, ”you guys made the right decision.”

In a later interview, Wilks said, ”It’s hard to blend in when you’re born to stand tall.”

Bidwill said he heard nothing but good things about Wilks from his former players, many of them unsolicited.

”I know what he brings to the table. I know what they’re getting,” Washington Redskins and ex-Panthers cornerback Josh Norman said in a statement provided by the Cardinals. ”At the end of the day, I came from pretty much nothing to rise up to where I’m at today and he was the catalyst behind that. Position coach all the way up to the ranks of a D-coordinator for a year, and then making it now to a head coaching job; it’s crazy how that trend came for him. The conversations we have are just so enlightening. He’s a leader of men and that’s what it all boils down to.”

Keim was asked what separated Wilks from the other eight candidates interviewed for the job.

”You can become a better coach through experience,” Keim said. ”But to have leadership, to me, there’s an innate part of that. And when you get to know Steve Wilks, you can tell that he has that innate leadership skill that very few people have.”

There was nary a mention of Arians at the news conference. Instead, the new coach, who gained the nickname ”Denzel” back in Carolina due to his resemblance to a certain actor, provided a vision for the foundation of the franchise, while acknowledging ”the elephant in the room.”

”This is not a rebuild, this is a retool,” Wilks said. ”I think we have the pieces in place Rick Nash Jersey , when you look at both sides of the ball. There’s a question mark right now and we all know it, the elephant in the room. We don’t have a quarterback.”

This in a division that includes Jared Goff, Russell Wilson and Jimmy Garoppolo.

Keim insisted that lack of a quarterback was not a hindrance in the coaching search.

”We looked at it as a positive,” Keim said, ”As Michael and I talked to the candidates, it’s `You really have a blank canvas. You really have an opportunity to be a part of setting us up for the future at that position.”

Asked which was harder, finding a coach or a quarterback, Keim didn’t hesitate. ”A quarterback,” he said.

”We’re going to be aggressive in the process and there’s going to be a number of different options,” Keim said, ”whether it’s free agency, whether it’s a trade option or whether it’s the draft, or all three.”

While all of Wilks’ 23-year coaching career (11 college, 12 NFL) are on the defensive side. He will inherit the makings of a strong defense in Arizona, anchored by the likes of NFL sack leader Chandler Jones and perennial Pro Bowl cornerback Patrick Peterson.

But the big questions are on offense, and Wilks gave no hint as to who his offensive coordinator will be. He said he wanted his staff in place by the Super Bowl and did not rule out retaining members of the previous one.

He said he’d talked with wide receiver Larry Fitzgerald on the phone but doesn’t know if the star wide receiver will return for a 15th NFL season.

One of Wilks’ biggest smiles came when he talked about the return of running back David Johnson, who was lost for the season when he broke a wrist in the opener.

The Cardinals will, the new coach assured, run the ball.

Wilks’ wife, Marci, two young daughters and an even younger son watched the news conference from the front row then joined him onstage for photos.

PHOENIX — Like pitching?

The final game of the St. Louis-Arizona series Wednesday features a couple starters who have had strong seasons but also should be considered under-the-radar All-Star candidates, at least for those who have not been paying close attention.

You could look it up.

Arizona left-hander Patrick Corbin and St. Louis right-hander Miles Mikolas rank in the top 10 among NL qualifiers in ERA, WHIP, WAR and innings pitched. The only statistical difference is in strikeouts, where Corbin is tied for second and Mikolas is down the pack. Mikolas compensates by pitching to contact and getting the majority of his outs on the ground.

They are compatible in one more way — each has received below-average run support. Corbin has received the fourth-fewest, 3.65 per start. Mikolas’ support checks in under the league average.

Arizona used a three-run homer from Paul Goldschmidt to take a 4-2 victory Tuesday as the teams have split the first two games of the series. Arizona will conclude a 10-game homestand with a four-game set with San Diego beginning Thursday, when the Cardinals open a four-game series in San Francisco before finishing a nine-game trip in Chicago against the White Sox.

Mikolas, 29, has been perhaps the most pleasant surprise in the major leagues this season Riley Nash Jersey , signing with the Cardinals over the winter after three strong seasons for the Yomiuri Giants in the Japanese Central League. He was 3-13 with a 2.18 ERA in 62 starts in Japan after being released by Texas in November 2014.

“Obviously this season he’s been fantastic,” Cardinals manager Mike Matheny said. “He should be sitting on 10 wins right now. Two of the losses he had, he had us right there. He just matched up with a pitcher we couldn’t get much going against. Miles has been very good.”

Mikolas has made 11 quality starts, tied for fourth in the league. After starting the season 6-0, he has lost three of his five decisions in June despite posting five quality starts and giving up one earned run in two of his losses.

“A guy who just attacks the strike zone,” Matheny said.

“He has very good stuff. Doesn’t make a lot of mistakes. Not afraid to use his defense. He has been just an incredible surprise for us. What a great pickup for our organization and a salute to our scouts who are finding people like Miles who are out there.

“He figured something out while he was in Japan. The way he goes about his business, not just how he competes but how he prepares, you could see that being something that sticks around for awhile.”

Mikolas and Corbin are tied for second in the league in WHIP (0.99). Mikolas is sixth and Corbin ninth in ERA and innings pitched, and Mikolas is seventh and Corbin ninth in WAR.

Each has one of the five shutouts thrown in the NL this season. Washington’s Max Scherzer, Pittsburgh’s Jameson Taillon and Atlanta’s Mike Foltynewicz have the others.

Corbin, 6-3 with a 3.14 ERA, has made two straight quality starts, giving up only one run and in 13 innings, but did not receive a decision in either game. He had extra rest the last time through the rotation after pitching seven scoreless innings while striking out 12 in a no-decision at Pittsburgh, when he threw a season-high 102 pitches. He gave up one run in six innings against San Francisco on Friday, pitching on six days’ rest.

“He (gets) into trouble, doesn’t get rattled, and continues to pound the zone and get big outs. He’s done a very good job,” Arizona manager Torey Lovullo said.

Jeff Mathis, one of two healthy catchers on the Arizona roster with Alex Avila on the disabled list, will catch Corbin for the third straight start.

“I like the way Jeff gets Patrick to do certain things at certain times and shows confidence in certain pitches, and helps him execute by showing that confidence,” Lovullo said. “Jeff has such respect from anyone on this staff that when he asks for something they listen.”

Corbin has received 3.65 runs per start, tied for the third fewest in the league. He is 1-1 with a 4.50 ERA in four career starts against St. Louis and is 4-3 with a 3.69 ERA in 10 starts at home this sesaon.

Mikolas, who spent previous major league seasons with San Diego and Texas, has never started against Arizona and has given one run in 4 1/3 innings in two career relief appearances, a Justin Upton homer in 2012. This will be his first appearance at Chase Field.

Antonio Senzatela’s most important pitch came early.
Senzatela worked out of a first-inning jam en route to throwing seven scoreless innings in his first start of the season David Krejci Jersey , Nolan Arenado hit his National League-leading 22nd home run and the Colorado Rockies beat the San Francisco Giants 8-1 on Tuesday night.
Colorado’s Charlie Blackmon had three hits, including his first homer since June 20. Trevor Story had an RBI triple for the Rockies, who have won five of their last six games.
D.J. LeMahieu added a run-scoring double for Colorado, which has beaten the Giants in 14 of the past 16 games at Coors Field dating to Sept. 7, 2016.
Senzatela, recalled earlier in the day from Triple-A Albuquerque, struck out four and walked none while limiting the Giants to three hits but two of them came in the first inning. He got out of the two-on, two-out jam by retiring Pablo Sandoval, getting him to pop-out on a 2-0 changeup.
”To get out of that inning with a zero, stranding those runners, was huge,” Senzatela said through a translator. ”I settled down pretty nicely and I’m glad I gave the team a chance to win.”
Arenado said Senzatela’s ability to work out of first inning trouble helped set the tone for the rest of the game.
”Getting out of that first inning with no runs was huge,” Arenado said. ”I feel like sometimes we always give up a run in the first and lately they haven’t. He was just great, pounding the zone, throwing strikes getting ahead of guys. It was awesome. Our pitching in general lately has been huge for us and I think that’s why lately we have been playing better.”
Senzatela started in the spot vacated by struggling Jon Gray, who started for the Rockies in their season opener but was optioned to Albuquerque last weekend.
Senzatela (3-1) made the team out of spring training and began the season in the Rockies’ bullpen before being optioned on May 2 to Albuquerque, where he went 3-1 with a 2.15 ERA in eight starts prior to his recall. As a rookie last season, Senzatela had most of his success as a starter, going 10-5 with a 5.03 ERA in 20 starts.
Chris Stratton (8-6) went 5 2/3 innings and allowed eight runs on 11 hits, including Blackmon’s solo shot in the first inning as well as Arenado’s three-run drive.
”His fastball command wasn’t real sharp tonight,” Giants manager Bruce Bochy said. ”Fastballs missed their spots there. That’s usually his forte, he commands it so well. He threw some good fastballs to Arenado and the changeup stayed in the middle. He wasn’t real sharp with his command. He threw strikes but he needed to work the edges.”
The Giants broke through for a run on Alec Hanson’s RBI single in the eighth off reliever MikeDunn.
The Giants were trailing 3-0 when Arenado broke the game open in the fifth with a three-run homer. Stratton walked LeMahieu to start the inning and Blackmon singled before Arenado drove a 3-2 offering over the left-center field wall.
GIANTS NEMESIS
Arenado has driven in 90 runs in 100 career games against the Giants, the second most among active players. Matt Kemp leads with 93 career RBIs against the Giants. Said Arenado: ”I think they bring out the best in all of us. They bring out the best in me – three World Series rings and they’ve always been one of the top tier teams in our division. It’s always a tough place to play and I always want to beat them because I always feel like they’ve beaten us in the past Authentic David Pastrnak Jersey , a lot.”
TRAINER’S ROOM
Giants: The team’s starting rotation is nearing full strength again. Manager Bruce Bochy said that RHP Johnny Cueto is slated to be reinstated from the 60-day disabled list on Thursday, when he’s scheduled to start against the St. Louis Cardinals. Cueto was placed on the DL, retroactive to April 29, because of a right elbow sprain. RHP Jeff Samardzija is slated to start Saturday’s game against St. Louis after being reinstated from the 10-day DL. Samardzija went on the DL after leaving a May 30 start against Colorado following one inning due to tightness in his pitching shoulder.
Rockies: RHP Chad Bettis has gone on the 10-day disabled list with a blister on his right middle finger. Bettis left his last start on Sunday against the Los Angeles Dodgers after three innings because of the finger injury. Senzatela was recalled from Albuquerque to fill Bettis’ roster spot and started Tuesday against the Giants in the place of RHP Jon Gray, who was optioned Saturday to Albuquerque.
UP NEXT
Giants: LHP Andrew Suarez (3-4, 4.18 ERA) is coming off a strong outing in which he allowed one run on seven hits over six innings in a 2-1 win against Arizona.
Rockies: LHP Tyler Anderson (5-3, 4.23 ERA) has gone 1-3 with a 5.26 ERA in eight previous starts at Coors Field this season.
James Shields of the Chicago White Sox and the Cincinnati Reds play in opposite leagues and rarely see each other, yet they currently have much in common.
Now that they’re starting to make something out of what appeared to be a totally lost season, they’d like to keep it going.
The Reds got off to the worst start in baseball at 8-27, one so bad that getting to .500 looked to be as much of a challenge as winning a division title would be for most teams.
But when the Reds (36-48) take on the right-handed Shields and the White Sox on Monday night at Great American Ball Park, in the teams’ first matchup since 2015, they’ll be one of the majors’ hottest clubs. They’ve won 11 of 14 after taking the final two games of a four-game weekend series against the Milwaukee Brewers, and interim manager Jim Riggleman now has a 33-33 record for a last-place team.
Considering that Riggleman took over a Reds team that was 3-15 under former manager Bryan Price, that’s something of an accomplishment. And the Reds own a 6-1 record in interleague games.
“We know we can play with these teams that are in first place in their division,” Riggleman said.
They’re winning now in grand fashion, too. Jose Peraza hit the team’s major league-leading ninth grand slam Sunday in an 8-2 win over the Brewers, their second in two games (pitcher Michael Lorenzen hit a pinch-grand slam Saturday) and sixth in 17 games. They’ve already tied a club season record.
“We’ve been getting better at-bats … and we’ve happened to have men on base,” Riggleman said.
Cincinnati starter Matt Harvey pitched 5 2/3 scoreless innings before being lifted after a rain delay, and the Reds dealt Brewers rookie Freddy Peralta (3-1), who gave up three runs in five innings, his first major league loss. Peralta allowed only one hit in seven shutout innings against the Kansas City Royals in his previous start.
“That’s probably the best I’ve felt since 2013,” said Harvey (4-5), who won his third straight start.
Shields (3-9) Jake DeBrusk Jersey , likewise, is beginning to see a ray of sunshine in what previously was a gloomy season. He’s coming off his best start of the year, pitching seven shutout innings and giving up four hits Wednesday in a 6-1 win over the Minnesota Twins. It was his 12th quality start of the season, or five more than he had all of last season.
Shields still isn’t the pitcher that won 13 or more games seven times from 2008 to 2015, but it hasn’t helped that he’s pitching for a team that’s off to the second worst start in franchise history. He has allowed a respectable six earned runs in his last four starts, and twice yielded one or no runs while lasting at least seven innings.
At age 36, Shields is making adjustments to compensate for his decreased velocity, yet has pitched at least six innings in 12 of his last 13 starts for a last-place team.
“My body’s feeling really good this year, and this is kind of what I’ve done my whole career,” Shields told reporters after the game against the Twins. “I strive to go as deep as I possibly can in games and so far it’s been good.
“I’m not throwing as hard as I used to. If I were to throw over the top, I’d still throw a little harder than I am right now. (But) at the end of the day, I’m feeling really good with my delivery right now, my mechanics. It’s been a lot of fun making these adjustments.”
Shields goes against Reds right-hander Luis Castillo (5-8), who was 1-3 with a 6.75 ERA in five June starts. He retired the first 11 batters he faced Wednesday at Atlanta, only to give up four quick runs on a walk and five consecutive singles, although the Reds came back to win 6-5.
Castillo is 0-1 in two starts against American League clubs this season, giving up eight runs in six innings. He has never faced the White Sox.
Shields is 18-18 with a 4.57 ERA in interleague play and 0-2 in two career starts against the Reds, the last of which was in 2015.
The White Sox (29-54) ended a three-game losing streak Sunday by salvaging the final game of a three-game series against the Texas Rangers, winning 10-5 as Avisail Garcia went 4-for-5 with a double and an RBI.
The Reds have won five consecutive interleague games but are facing the White Sox at Great American Ball Park for the first time since 2009. The White Sox are 16-4 overall against the Reds and 10-2 in Cincinnati, though that success there predated any of the current players.

Forced to assess the 2017 season far sooner than anticipated Matthew Stafford Jersey White , Ravens coach John Harbaugh acknowledged changes must be made for Baltimore to snap its three-year run missing the playoffs.
He will not, however, shuffle the coaching staff.
Harbaugh will fill the void left by the retirement of defensive coordinator Dean Pees, but said Thursday he will bring back offensive coordinator Marty Mornhinweg and attempt to keep the rest of the staff intact unless ”guys get opportunities to go somewhere and do some different things.”
Pees announced his retirement Monday, less than 24 hours after the Ravens (9-7) were bounced from the playoff chase with a 31-27 loss to Cincinnati.
The in-house contender for the coordinator job is Ravens linebackers coach Don Martindale. Chuck Pagano, fired as head coach of the Indianapolis Colts on Monday and Baltimore’s defensive coordinator in 2011, is also among those being considered.
Asked to describe what he’s looking for from Pees’ successor, Harbaugh replied: ”Definitely continuity. I’m a believer in this system. I think this system has been something that’s been developed over a long period of time, and we have worked really hard every single year to make it better. We’ve evolved it and grown it, and I think you see the results.”
The Ravens have long been known for their defense, and this year that unit was the strength of the team. Baltimore recorded three shutouts, led the NFL with 34 takeaways and ranked 12th in yardage allowed.
The offense, on the other hand, needs help. Harbaugh lauded the performance of quarterback Joe Flacco , who rebounded from a back injury to come on strong during the Ravens’ late-season playoff push.
But the coach was unrelenting in his assessment of the wide receivers, noting that there were too many dropped passes and far too few big plays from a unit built around veterans Mike Wallace and Jeremy Maclin and featuring 2015 draft pick Breshad Perriman, who is thus far a first-round bust. Baltimore ranked 29th in net yards passing per game (189.4).
”That’s an area we’ve got to look at really hard,,” Harbaugh said. ”The passing game wasn’t where it needed to be.”
Tight end Benjamin Watson led the team with 61 catches and six touchdowns. Wallace and Maclin combined for only seven scores, and Baltimore had only five catches of at least 40 yards.
”We want to get playmakers. That’s something that we need http://www.lionscheapshop.com/cheap-auth...ord-jersey ,” Harbaugh said. ”We’re going to add players. It’s not to say that we can’t add some players through free agency. That’s the way that the salary cap works. The draft will be the major part of it.”
Covering a variety of topics in a session that lasted nearly 40 minutes, Harbaugh said he and owner Steve Bisciotti, along with general manager Ozzie Newsome, are looking forward to improving upon a three-year stretch in which the team has gone 5-11, 8-8 and 9-7.
”Our focus is on, can we be better tomorrow than we were today? And that’s just the truth of it,” Harbaugh said. ”To me, that’s our focus. It’s not looking back and saying, `Hey, we didn’t do this or we didn’t do that.’ Everybody is full speed ahead to be the best we can be, and has been for the last three years.”
Had Cincinnati’s Andy Dalton not thrown a 49-yard touchdown pass on a fourth-down play with 44 seconds left, the Ravens would have spent this week preparing for the playoffs amid a city bathed in purple. Instead, Harbaugh was left trying to appease a fan-base that responded to mediocrity and the team’s take-a-knee stance during the national anthem on Sept. 24 by staying away in record numbers on Sundays.
”We understand our fans. We understand what they respect,” Harbaugh said. ”And we want nothing more than to get it there, so we can have that moment, we can complete that pass and we can have the whole city going crazy and dancing in the streets. That’s what we’re fighting for.
”I wanted it to happen this year. I wanted it to be the miracle year this year. Maybe we could have done it, and then all of a sudden, it’s not to be. OK, are we going to lament it and look back and beat ourselves up, find reasons that aren’t there and point fingers? That’s not what I’m going to do. That’s not what leaders do. Let’s go to work.”

PHOENIX — For the first time in 52 days Golden Tate Jersey White , A.J. Pollock was back Monday where he belonged — in center field and hitting fourth in the Arizona lineup after missing time with a fractured left thumb.
St. Louis, meanwhile, seems to be in a juggling mode where its outfield is concerned. Jose Martinez, who has spent most of the first half at first base, did pregame work in right field for the second straight day, and that appears that is his position moving forward.
Pollock was hitless in four at-bats and scored a run, but the Cardinals took the first game of the series when Yadier Molina had two hits, including a homer and three RBIs in a 6-3 victory Monday.
Diamondbacks manager Torey Lovullo apologized to Molina behind the batting cage before the game for language he used in an argument the second inning of an April 8 game in St. Louis. Lovullo was ejected and Molina had to be restrained as players from both teams entered the field.
“Everything is in the past,” Molina said. “I have a bunch of respect for him and the organization in Arizona.”
Arizona right-hander Zack Greinke is to oppose St. Louis right-hander Jack Flaherty in the second game of the series Tuesday.
St. Louis broke a four-game losing streak and, with four runs in the first inning, had a lead for the first time since last Tuesday. The Diamondbacks have lost four in a row.
“It is frustrating,” Lovullo said. “I think we are a better team then we have showed these last four games. The season has its ups and downs and we should know that. We had a situation just like this before.”
Pollock, who has missed extended time because of injuries the last two seasons, will be monitored, Lovullo said.
“He wants to play every day. He makes that perfectly clear,” Lovullo said. “He does not like to come out of the lineup, and I love that. But I explained to him that we’re going to control his playing time and his innings until he’s one hundred percent removed from any more things popping up.”
Pollock was slashing .293/.346.503 with 11 homers and 33 RBIs in 40 games before his injury.
Martinez leads the Cardinals with 52 RBIs, but he also leads NL first basemen with seven errors. Rookie Tyler O’Neill started in right field Monday, with Matt Carpenter at first.
“One of those tough conversations,” St. Louis manager Mike Matheny said of Martinez’s position shift.
“He is so good offensively. And trying to figure out ways to maybe help our defense a little bit on the infield. We’re going to be working him as hard as we can to get him comfortable there and plug him into the equation. There are still going to be some opportunities at first.”
Martinez http://www.lionscheapshop.com/cheap-auth...iii-jersey , slashing .299/.367/.496 with 13 and a team-high 52 RBIs, has played 72 games at first base this season after basically splitting time between first and the corner outfield spots in last season. Left field is now covered by free agent sign Marcell Ozuna.
“Tyler O’Neill is going to play,” Matheny said. “We know when he gets hot, he’s got the potential to do good things for us. Try to get a good look at him while he is in play mode. He’s been swinging it well. Just some different looks. Get some other guys engaged in the infield, too.”
Greinke, 8-5 with a 3.41 ERA, has 13 scoreless innings in his last two starts, victories at Pittsburgh and Miami as part of a three-win road trip. He has won three starts in a row and was 5-1 with a 2.95 ERA in six June starts, dropping his ERA to the lowest it has been since the second week of the season.
“He’s on a Zack Greinke run,” Lovullo said. “He had a real nice run from the middle of May last year until the end of the season, where he just grinds up innings. Fast innings, which equal wins.”
Greinke is 12-5 with a 3.42 ERA in 19 career appearances against the Cardinals. He has more victories against only team, Detroit (13). Greinke is 3-1 with a 2.40 ERA in eight home starts this season and is 16-2 at Chase Field the last two years.
Rookie Flaherty, 3-3 with a 2.92 ERA, has made quality starts in four of his 11 appearances and had a career-high 13 strikeouts while giving up only one hit in seven innings of a no-decision against Milwaukee on June 22. He gave up four runs in four innings in his last appear, a 5-1 loss to Cleveland.
Flaherty, 1-1 with a 2.20 ERA in five starts on the road, has never faced Arizona.

When the Denver Broncos take on the Arizona Cardinals
Yazar: chenyan94 - 05-12-2018, Saat: 06:48 - Forum: TECO N3 Teknik Destek - Yorum Yok

on Thursday Night Football it will be a bigger game than most fans thought it would be heading into the season. Most fans probably looked at that game as an easy win on a short week. Now Denver Broncos T-Shirt , some in Broncos Country aren’t sure where the next win for Denver is going to come from.On the Mile High Report Radio Podcast, Ian St. Clair and I got into a pretty interesting discussion. Earlier in the day Benjamin Albright was on Orange and Blue 760 talking about the coaching staff deliberately calling plays that don’t fit with the team’s strengths. Von Miller decided to tell the world they were going to kick Arizona’s ass. All this in the face of a 1-9 road game quagmire, and the team being inches away from turning the page from Vance Joseph. There is just so much going on with the Broncos right now that it is really difficult to keep from getting dizzy. Every aspect of the team is under a microscope, scrutinized by every fan and media member that follows the team. The idea that Bill Musgrave is continually doing things the team is not good at isn’t much of a shock, but it is incredibly frustrating. Like I said on the podcast, if we can see it as fans, surely the high paid coaches can recognize the insanity. And so it begs the question, what is meant by deliberate? The negative connotation here seems to indicate he is losing on purpose. However, the more likely explanation is stubbornness. Stubbornness is one of those characteristics that go a long way to getting guys fired, and it will probably lead to Musgrave being sent packing sooner rather than later. On the flip side of all the coaching conversations is the issue of the players not playing to their potential. Perhaps that is why Miller came out with his proclamation. There hasn’t appeared to be a lot of pride in their play recently. Does that come from issues with the coaching staff? Have the players already given up on the season?Short weeks show the character of a team. Teams that enter a Thursday game don’t get the luxury of full practices, walk throughs, and film work. Talent should really bear out. If the Denver Broncos still care about this season Denver Broncos Hats , they should march into Arizona and do to the Cardinals exactly what Von Miller said they were going to do. Bill Musgrave’s play calling, Vance Joseph and Joe Woods decision making, should have no impact.Short weeks suck, but it might be exactly what the Broncos need to get back on track. Or, it my be the catalyst to a new era in Broncos Country. The MHR Radio Podcast is now on iTunes, Google Play, Spotify, Acast, Stitcher, TuneIn and a few other podcast hosts. Please subscribe to the one that fits your fancy, and also rate and review what you hear.Top 5 plays from the Denver Broncos 24-23 preseason defeat to the Chicago Bears The Denver Broncos lost the game to the Chicago Bears 24-23, but they really did manhandle them when it mattered with the first-team and second-team units. These top five plays from the game all occurred when those units were on the field.Bradley Chubb gets a safetyA poor handling of a snap by Mitch Trubisky in his own end zone was all rookie edge rusher Bradley Chubb needed to get the Broncos on the board with a safety. He was playing timidly in his first game Denver Broncos Hoodie , but let it loose in this one against the Bears. Playing opposite of Von Miller does put a bit of pressure on the rookie, so his focus has been on ensuring he does all of the little things right.“It makes a lot of difference,” Chubb said of playing with Miller. “People in the game are looking at him. I feel like it puts the pressure on me a little bit more. They want to run at me, see what I can do, see if I can prove myself. I feel like having him on the other side is fun and definitely a test for me as well.”He continues to impress everyone and will likely only get better as the season progresses.Royce Freeman gets another touchdownBroncos rookie running back Royce Freeman continued his march towards winning the starting job with his second rushing touchdown of the preseason. This one was only four yards, but his nifty footwork and nose for finding the gap was quite impressive.Freeman now has 10 carries for 58 yards and two touchdowns in limited work through two preseason games. So far, he looks the part of a bell cow kind of back.“I’m good,” Freeman said of his confidence level after two games. “Just going out there, I try not to get too complacent. Every week I want to go out there and get better and improve on my last performance.”The Broncos will likely have a running back by committee approach all season, but we should expect to see Freeman get the largest percentage of touches based on how he is running through these two early preseason games.Justin Simmons is a ballerFor as much credit John Elway gets for his poor drafting, he doesn’t get much for when he hits a home run. Justin Simmons has been a home run pick so far. Speaking of picks, he jumped the route here to intercept Trubisky for a big time play midway through the second quarter when the Bears were threatening. The Broncos are still having problems covering tight ends Customized Denver Broncos Jerseys , but that could change when Su’a Cravens is healthy enough to play. Simmons looks like he’s going to emerge as a start in this league and may be a big reason why the No Fly Zone will retain some of its former glory in 2018.Courtland Sutton bursts onto the sceneHe has been limited to just 2 catches for 19 yards through the first two preseason games, but Courtland Sutton and Chad Kelly are definitely starting to get on the same page. This bullet from Kelly to Sutton was a perfect throw and a perfect catch. Welcome to the NFL, rookie.Sutton figures to be a big time red zone threat as a rookie and plays like this will help confirm our belief in that regard. Broncos starting quarterback Case Keenum is excited about how Sutton will figure into this offense in 2018.“He’s special,” Keenum said. “Having a guy like that, a young guy who’s pretty heady when it comes to those balls that--you give him a chance and really there’s three or four things that can happen, and a lot of them are good. He can catch it, he can go for it and get a defensive pass interference or it’s incomplete. I know that it’s going to be an incomplete at worst. I like throwing the ball down the field because he makes a lot more of those plays than he doesn’t.”The offense has so much potential this season. It’s going to come down to execution, but we should all be excited to see what they can do in the regular season.Tim Patrick is making this teamChad Kelly has earned the backup quarterback job and its throws like this that show why. Kelly saw the safety would be late coming over and with one-on-one coverage he knew all he had to do was throw a ball up that could only be caught by the wide receiver. Tim Patrick made an excellent adjustment on the ball to make the catch. It was a great throw and an even greater catch. After hearing Patrick’s name over and over again during Broncos camp, it’s hard to imagine him not making this team as one of the final wide receiver spots.

Seahawks waive guard Rees Odhiambo Offensive guard Rees Odhiambo
Yazar: chenyan94 - 05-12-2018, Saat: 06:20 - Forum: TECO N3 Teknik Destek - Yorum Yok

survived the Seattle Seahawks’ roster cuts on Saturday Justin Britt Jersey , but his time with Seattle ended on Sunday.Mike Garofalo reports that the Seahawks have decided to waive the 2016 third-round draft pick, who’d been the team’s starting left tackle prior to the Duane Brown trade.Odhiambo had a predictably rough time at left tackle, and missed the team’s final nine games after undergoing surgery on both hands for multiple dislocated fingers. The former Boise State Bronco also memorably replaced the injured Germain Ifedi at right guard in Seattle’s divisional playoff loss against the Atlanta Falcons, and inadvertently tripped Russell Wilson in the end zone for a safety. With Odhiambo gone, the Seahawks have seemingly found his replacement, by claiming guard Jordan Simmons off the waiver wire. Simmons is listed at 6’3” and 339 lbs, entering his second-year in the NFL out of USC. He spent last year on the Oakland Raiders practice squad.Hopefully Germain Ifedi has a breakout season, or else Seattle’s 2016 NFL Draft will have seen them pick two offensive linemen within the first three rounds, only for neither one of them to pan out. The Seahawks Players Equality & Justice for All Action Fund has awarded its second round of grants, totaling $225,000, to eight organizations. Seahawks left tackle Duane Brown announced Wednesday that the grants Cheap Ethan Pocic Jersey , which range from $25,000 to $50,000, are benefiting organizations focusing on homelessness, criminal justice and bail reform, and education.Players formed the action fund last fall 鈥渋n an effort to create lasting change and build a more compassionate and inclusive society.”In just over a year, the action fund has raised more than $1.2 million. In December, grants ranging from $15,000 to $25,000 were given to seven organizations. The action fund is housed at the Seattle Foundation, a nonprofit that manages nearly $1 billion in philanthropic investments.鈥淚 was kind of taken aback by how involved everyone was in the community when I got here,鈥?Brown Duane Brown Jersey , who arrived last season in a trade with Houston, said, via the team website. 鈥淚t really shows that guys aren鈥檛 just talking about it; everyone is putting things into action, putting money behind it. As players in our position, we鈥檙e obligated, I feel like, to help the community. Everyone is pretty passionate about it in these different areas — homelessness, criminal justice and education — they鈥檙e things that can really, really affect our future.”

The Indianapolis Colts defense got battered for three weeks.
Yazar: panxing18 - 05-12-2018, Saat: 06:12 - Forum: TECO N3 Teknik Destek - Yorum Yok

A spate of injuries decimated their starting lineup just as they faced a daunting stretch of games. On Sunday www.coltsauthorizedshops.com , the Colts fought back.Indy forced five turnovers, had two sacks and allowed no touchdowns as it snapped a four-game losing streak with the franchise's most lopsided win in five years: 37-5 over the Buffalo Bills."The defense got us going with the turnovers," coach Frank Reich said. "Mike Mitchell on the interception , (Kemoko) Turay had the sack-fumble. They got us going. I think we were good in every area."It was a major turnaround for a defense that started the season with three promising games before allowing nearly 40 points per game over the next three. Part of the explanation for the dramatic changes is injuries.Indy (2-5) found itself playing musical chairs in the front seven for a few weeks. Losing safety Clayton Geathers with a neck injury against New England added another complication. Along the way, the Colts lost four straight. But against the Bills (2-5), who have a league-low 81 points through seven games, the Colts found their early season form.Mitchell, Kenny Moore II and Corey Moore intercepted 35-year-old Derek Anderson, who made his first start since December 2016. Mitchell also forced a fumble.Rookie linebacker Darius Leonard recorded a team-high 12 tackles and recovered a fumble. Margus Hunt batted down a ball at the line of scrimmage and the Colts (2-5) consistently kept the pressure on Buffalo (2-5).As a result, the Bills' defense scored nearly as many points as the offense — thanks to a third-quarter safety that cut the deficit to 24-5."They beat us in every phase," coach Sean McDermott said. "There wasn't one good moment other than some moving the ball."Buffalo's No. 3-ranked defense also struggled.Andrew Luck threw four touchdowns for the second straight game — three in the second quarter when the Colts turned a scoreless game into a 24-0 blowout. The only scoring by the Bills' offense came courtesy of a 34-yard field goal midway through the third quarter.Otherwise, the defense kept the Colts in control."It's a sign of a good day Indianapolis Colts Womens T-Shirt ," Mitchell said. "We need to have a bunch more good days."BALANCING ACTMarlon Mack missed four of the Colts' first five games because of a hamstring injury. But over the last two games, he looks healthy.Mack followed up his 12-carry, 89-yard game against the New York Jets with a 19-carry, 126-yard game — the first 100-yard game of his two-year career. He also caught a 29-yard TD pass."It feels great," Mack said after playing only his third game ever with Luck. "When Andrew can just sit in the pocket and we can run the ball, it's lovely."TURNOVER TAG-TEAMMcDermott benched the turnover-prone Nathan Peterman after last week's loss to Houston.Yet Anderson struggled just as much in the fourth quarter when the Bills were forced into desperation mode as they attempted to rally. He was 20 of 31 with 175 yards and the four turnovers, which the Colts converted into 24 points. Could there be another change coming?McDermott wouldn't say after the game."You have to be realistic and try to put players in a position to be successful," he said. "He's only been here two weeks. That's part of it, but that's not an excuse. We can't use that as an excuse."HILTON'S RETURNPro Bowl receiver T.Y. Hilton returned after a two-game absence because of a hamstring injury and helped Luck get in sync, too. While the numbers didn't jump out — four catches, 25 yards — Hilton's 5-yard TD catch late in the first half made it 21-0. His 1-yard catch, as Luck scrambled toward the sideline Indianapolis Colts Hats , gave the Colts a 31-5 lead early in the fourth to seal the win.RECORD WATCHAfter scoring five points Sunday, kicker Adam Vinatieri needs five more to break Morten Andersen's NFL career scoring record. Andersen has held the mark since December 2006.But it wasn't a sterling day for Vinatieri, who missed two extra points wide right — the first time he's ever missed two extra points in a game during his 23-year career.Stampede Blue’s NFL Week 2 staff picks Week 2 of the NFL season brings about more intrigue after some of the results from Week 1. First and foremost, the Indianapolis Colts are traveling to take on a possible surprise team in the NFC East, the Washington Redskins, in a matchup that could end up in a downpour before it’s all said and done. Can Andrew Luck lead the team to victory this week in spite of more injury concerns along the roster? If the defense can project more consistency than Week 1, they might not need the turnovers to stay in the game, but they certainly cannot give the ball away themselves with Alex Smith under center for the ‘Skins. There is a healthy dose of divisional matchups in Week 2 as well (7) to look forward to, and for Colts fans the Texans and Titans might be one to keep an eye just to see if Week 1 was any indication into what each of them truly are in 2018. The Jaguars are taking on the Patriots as well, and while they nearly upset the Pats in the AFC Championship last season, the Stampede Blue crew doesn’t have much faith in the Jaguars to pull it off Sunday. The Week 2 slate also provides a fun matchup with Patrick Mahomes taking on Ben Roethlisberger and the Steelers which should give us a more grounded idea of what the exciting Kansas City QB truly is. We also get Kirk Cousins and Aaron Rodgers, Matt Ryan versus Cam Newton as well as Drew Brees battling a very interesting Cleveland Browns defense. It’s still early in the season Indianapolis Colts Womens Hoodie , and we could definitely see some stinkers — even out of a couple of the better matchups on paper — but we might just see some surprises. Maybe Josh Allen gets the Bills in a better spot this week against the Chargers who weren’t all that impressive last week, and maybe Blake Bortles won’t have to rely on play action to complete a pass... Some call me a dreamer. All in all, I don’t really care who does what this week outside of the Colts. I, like most of you, just want to see some good, competitive football. *Our same eight staff members are picking the Week 2 games this week as well, and here’s a quick rundown of how they did in Week 1. John Simon and Denzelle Good saw their days against San Francisco cut short due to injuries on Saturday Indianapolis Colts Womens Hoodie , and Colts Reporter Zak Keefer tweeted an update on the injury concerns with the two players. Simon, who saw his 2017 season cut short due to a neck issue, re-injured his neck during the third quarter. But according to Keefer, the Colts defensive end received a positive update and is just listed day-to-day. Good, on the other hand Womens Customized Indianapolis Colts Jerseys , is dealing with a much more serious concern and is listed week-to-week dealing with a knee injury. Good, who has been dealing with injuries throughout the preseason, knows he can be the guy the Colts rely on when it comes to the right tackle spot. Indy needs a guy, as Braden Smith and Austin Howard have yet to impress and take reins of the right side. In a conversation with Keefer, Good iterated that he’s not feeling any pain in his knee that forced him to come out of the game against the 49ers. The Simon update is good news for the Indianapolis faithful. With the addition of Ryan Delaire www.coltscheapshop.com , and sudden emergence of Hassan Ridgeway, Matt Eberflus and the Colts find themselves with much-needed depth on that end. The update on Good is a little concerning, as he’s been dealing with a lower body injury throughout the preseason. In a small amount of work, Good put himself in a position to be the No. 1 option for the right tackle spot. With him out week-to-week, and barring any roster moves Indianapolis Colts T-Shirt , it seems like the Colts are down to two options in Howard and Smith until Good is 100 percent ready to go.

They have a couple positions in which they are getting a high level of production and execution that they haven’t in a long time. This upstart roster obviously has some weaknesses Authentic J'Marcus Webb Jersey , but they also have an infectious energy that appears to rub off on to their teammates throughout the game.Who are the biggest PFF risers for the Colts, and who slid down the ladder the most?
